Education Secretary addresses Confederation of School Trusts Annual Conference
The Secretary of State sets out his ambitions for the school system, drawing on the Schools White Paper and Schools Bill currently passing through parliament

Private finance initiative (PFI) academies: model documents
Model documents for PFI schools converting to academy status.
Reviews of education, health and care (EHC) plans: proposed timescales
Mainstream free school revenue funding
How we calculate and allocate revenue funding for mainstream free schools in the 2022 to 2023 academic year.
Statistics: special educational needs (SEN)
Statistics on pupils with SEN, including information on educational attainment, destinations, absence, exclusions, and characteristics.
Induction for newly qualified teachers during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic
Guidance about additional funding for those currently undertaking induction.
Boost in activities and food pledged to support children
New funding announced for infant school meals, as supermarkets and sport organisations pledge to support children through Holiday Activities and Food programme

Spark pupils’ creativity and inspire their writing by taking part in now press play’s #ExceptionalExplorers competition!
This summer, celebrate your pupils by entering their work and now press play will reward each participant with their brand new #ExceptionalExplorers sticker. 
Winners will have their work published in the #ExceptionalExplorers Scrapbook.
A great opportunity for pupils to take part in some Summer term fun, be creative and explore the wider world.
