So far, I’ve talked a lot about how to figure out what to build, but finding great opportunities won’t get you anywhere if you can’t capture them by building great solutions. That’s why, once you’ve determined there is something worth going after, it’s so important to work tightly with a great team to design and develop that amazing new product or feature. 
For me, the top sign of a great team is productive and comfortable retrospectives. Building software is a collaborative effort, and first and foremost you need people who are working together to make things better. Everything else flows from that.
