This week, I’ve been thinking a lot about different kinds of founders and business leaders. Many product managers that I talk to get frustrated when their boss’s egos get in the way. It’s one thing to know what you *should* be doing, it’s another to get it done within an organization made up of humans, with their egos and imperfections.
The mark of a great product manager is that they can rally the troops, from the teams below to the leaders above, behind their evidence-based product decisions. Here are some writings that may help you increase your own support levels and even change your boss’s mind.
