All things new, notable, and happening in Anchorage, AK!

Howdy Anchorage,
I hope you’re all having a wonderful afternoon and are gearing up for the week ahead. I love looking at my calendar on Sunday and seeing appointments with fiercely intelligent people and thinking about all the kick-ass, creative projects we get to do together.
Read on for some unique Alaska stories (we’re home to the national winner of smelliest sneakers!) and upcoming events (it’s First Friday on April 7!).

Thanks for being a great group, young professionals!
The highlight of last week was speaking at the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Summit on a panel about blogging. Not only did I meant two new bloggers - Kristi Trimmer and Dr. Trevor Tew - the attendees were awesome! They were engaged, asked great questions, laughed at our nervous jokes, and in general made the experience feel incredibly fun. Thanks to everyone who attended!
