Wait, you have how many emails in your inbox? And just think of all of the emails you’re sending, landing in other people’s inboxes, alongside maybe even MORE emails.
While not directly a startup tactic, writing effective emails means you can focus your time on things that matter. The clearer your messaging, the better chance you have of someone responding or taking action; and isn’t that the point of sending out all of those emails?
Weekly Sprint - Landing Page:  If you’re super early, set up a landing page with a waitlist to gauge interest and validation.  Already have a product launched? Set up a separate landing page to test a new feature idea or test out a new customer segment.  If you can, drive people to your page with paid advertising for a quick check to see how your messaging is hitting.  Massive checklist here.
