Hot diggity - someone signed up for your beta/free trial/live product! But then you realize people aren’t actually using your product or providing helpful feedback. It could be that you haven’t adequately shown your customer how to use your product. An onboarding sequence walks your customer through your features but also helps to set expectations. Establishing communication early on also helps increase paid conversation later, increase retention, and reduces customer complaints. Pretty sweet ROI for just a few emails.
Weekly Sprint - Define your Problem Statement:  What specific problem does your product solve?  Here’s a good step-by-step example.  Write a Need Narrative to describe your customer’s current challenge.  Try to fall in love with the problem, not the solution.
