I’ve spent a lot of time in the world of automation this week. Not just marketing emails but processes, notifications (and a bit of dodgy data). I don’t think I’ve quite appreciated the opportunities offered.
There’s always been a reluctance for us recruiters to act like many other (B2C) companies we all interact with on a daily basis, but I picked up on a line from Bullhorn Engage a couple of weeks ago (stolen, obviously…) - “just do it, what’s the worst that can happen?”
If we as marketers and create and manage the comms tightly, we can change the world. Kind of.
