Follow The Bear
I’ve managed to squeeze in a number of great conversations over the past couple of weeks to get the podcast wheels whirring again.
Episode #108, and the start of Series 10 kicks off with Ben Leeson joining me from the rec hub. In a world where we are obsessed with metrics and ROI, Ben and the other founders of the rec hub are well and truly brand-led and believe everything else will take care of itself.
It was great to hear from Ben’s brand background and how this is translating to the world of talent.
I can’t believe we’re on series 10. When I look back to Series One at the fresh-faced guests, it’s great to see how far we’ve come and how many stories we’ve told (and reflect on how many guests have made huge strides in their careers!)
This episode and all others are now available on Apple PodcastsSpotifyGoogle Podcasts and almost everywhere else.

Youngest turns two this week, which means getting plans drawn up for an extension to house the inevitable deluge of toys and gifts that will only get played with once. Competitive side also will be kicking in as the oldest has his first sports day. Hopefully there is a parent’s race…
Have a good one.
