Week 2 for me on EF (startup Accelerator). This week I started working with a cofounder 🎉 and we are conducting interviews to learn about the biggest challenges HR, employees and organisations face regarding the Lifetime Value of Employees who on average stay 3 years in a job!
However my highlight of the week was a Lunch & Learn session I held for a friend of mine Jess @ Wonderbly (truly incredible group of people and awesome product)! You can see the feedback received below.
As a result many organisations have reached out to discuss all issues related to getting more black men into tech and into the pipeline from an early age (exciting!).
