This week I am facilitating a leadership workshop on how to support agile product management teams. The leadership are all based in the US and it made me realise I have facilitated workshops in the last 12 months to people based in China, Japan, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Ireland and France.
It made me reflect on how remote working has increased the reach and impact I can have given the work I do in coaching high performing teams. It also made me grateful for all the new connections virtual living has enabled me to have.
How have you benefited from remote working? Reply and let me know.
Have a productive week.
