Over the last 12 months I’ve had to develop my skills in virtual workshop facilitation. Small things like humour, creating liberating structures and using icebreakers and energisers. If not for COVID, I’m not sure if I would have made such a leap in learning.
One of the benefits of not commuting to work or meetings is that it presents an opportunity to learn and develop new skills with the spare capacity free’d up. What new skills have you developed? Hit reply and let me know.
Have a productive week.
