Benefits of Side Hustling
Last week, my friend Richmond Alake, Computer Vision Engineer, shared with me that he created a SmartWatch App to prevent face touching as a side project.
It got me reflecting about how much I have learned from the transferable skills and experiences I have gained through side projects in the last 10 years. From launching a bootstrapped music startup to more recently launching The Angel Investing School Dictionary.
Launching a side project can be a lonely journey. Which is why it is great that communities such as Out of Hours are great for bringing together a community of side hustlers and inspiring them to move from evenings and weekends to work full time on their passion projects.
Let me know about any side projects you have been working on!
