Hope you all enjoyed the extended weekend and lovely weather despite our restrictions. Still so much to be grateful for.
This week represents the halfway mark for The Angel Investing School, so far already learning lessons on remote facilitation, responding to feedback and balancing communication with engagement.
Regarding feedback, it is so interesting at times how our knee-jerk reaction often is, “no.” “I don’t agree” “anger” “frustration” before we take a step back and say “thank you” “this is good to know” “I am grateful”.
I went through all of the above as I read feedback but still find it challenging when making decisions on “what to change based on feedback vs what do I keep the same despite the feedback.” This is the constant struggle every founder goes through when making decisions and I am not immune to these struggles either.
