I will be speaking at two events this week in London and Birmingham. Both very exciting for different reasons (see details directly below).
I want to share a short note today on the importance of understanding the value you deliver. Too often as freelancers, public speakers, consultants and entrepreneurs, we undersell our services and it is shown in the pricing.
I want to encourage you today to do two things:
  1. Test out with 20% of opportunities, how clients respond if you increase your pricing (remember you can get negotiated down, but almost impossible to negotiate upwards)
  2. If you deliver a service for free, still send an invoice with 100% discount and share the true price of your services
Pricing is partly psychological. Win the battle, earn your fee!
APPLICATION DEADLINE: For the angel investing school is THIS WEEK. Apply here: www.angelinvestingschool.com
