So many wins for the culture in this one (so slightly longer than usual). Finally attended Fearless Futures training on Power, Privilege and Inequality. My two wishes was that it should have been longer than just a morning, secondly the attendees wanted to be there but the biggest impact would have been on those who didn’t attend.

Companies with underrepresentations of certain groups (POC, women, disabled folks etc) doing surveys to know if their culture is inclusive is kinda silly. By definition it will be largely inclusive to the mainstream groups because they are already there. #DiversityandInclusion
