Francis Mainoo had a profound conversation with me last night. It was rich, dynamic and inspired me to act. It reminded me of the value of having trusted advisors to bounce things off.
A philosophy that I’ve carried through my career which we both share is ‘the compound impact of taking just one inch at a time.’
This quote from Francis of Assisi sums it up, “Start by doing what’s necessary; then do what’s possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.”
