The latest news from 22tracks HQ

Dear friend,
In 20 hours you will see a completely different 22tracks website. We’re headed into a new direction to be able to maintain our position as a leading music curation platform, and there will be some big changes:
First of all, we’re going global by working with DJs and tastemakers from all around the world, no longer limiting ourselves to four cities. This has been a long standing dream for everyone at 22tracks.
Secondly, we are bringing our curation to platforms where people are already listening. We will be partnering up with existing streaming services, such as Spotify, to provide curation on the largest catalogues of music in the world.

This means that our iPhone app will not work anymore. You can enjoy the app and our current platform until late afternoon tomorrow (CEST). Export your saved My22 tracks now on We’ll present archive playlists in the coming weeks to feature music that has been selected on 22tracks between 2009 and 2016.
The majority of our amazing curators will stay on board to bring you genre overviews and more editorial artist and label specials. This allows for more musical depth and variety than ever before.
We’re extremely happy to have been in the forefront of music discovery and the streaming music revolution since 2009. Join us for our next chapter and follow us on Spotify.
