News from 22tracks HQ

Happy 22nd!
Exactly a month after our big relaunch, the dust has settled a bit. You’ve all sent an incredible amount of feedback - both happy and sad - and I would like to thank every one of you.
We’ve worked very hard to incorporate all of your feedback into a big amount of updates to give you the user experience you’ve grown accustomed to.
I’ve blogged about why we won’t host and license the music ourselves anymore. We’re not sold to Spotify nor are being paid by them: this is simply the best and fairest option to compensate musicians and record labels directly.

We’ve added the following updates:
- Return of
genre specific Tip22 playlists which will be updated every week. 22tracks playlists as you know them by trusted curators. See below which six lists are live already. Six more - like House by Detroit Swindle, Hip Hop by Lefto and Relax by Venz - will return tomorrow.
- Direct navigation through the music genres, city navigation and direct play buttons to make life easier
- an Apple Music integration is on the way for those that can’t or don’t want to use Spotify in their country.
I’ll be back next month with more news and updates to our platform. In the meantime feel free to reply with ideas and enjoy the music!
Best,
Vincent
